Our Covid-19 Policy
The Ivy Community Foundation (ICF) values the health and well-being of our patrons, guests, members, and staff and are doing everything possible to adhere to CDC, state, and local guidelines as it pertains to social distancing, sanitizing, and cleaning best practices

2021 UPDATE:
Here's just a few of the policies and practices we've implemented to keep our Staff, Members, Guests and Patrons healthy.
1.
MASKS ARE MANDATORY.
You are required to wear a mask at all times while inside the center and will not be permitted entry without one. Masks should be applied properly before entering the front doors of the center.
3.
TEMPERATURE CHECKS.
Before entering the center, everyone will have their temperatures checked with a contactless thermometer. Anyone with a temperature of 100.4° F or higher will not be allowed to enter.
5.
SOCIAL DISTANCING
Patrons will be asked to keep a minimum of 6 feet between groups while waiting in line to enter the center and for the bathrooms.
7.
LIMITED CAPACITY
Capacity for venue events and rentals has been reduced to allow for safe social distancing inside the center.

9.
SAFETY GUIDELINES
All staff members are vaccinated. Any staff reporting illness, fever or have recently been exposed to anyone testing positive for Covid-19 will not be permitted on-site and/or will be immediately sent home.
2.
MASKS POLICY
Guests and patrons are required to wear masks at their table but can remove them while eating or drinking only. Any movement within the center, a mask must be worn.
4.
PRE-SCREENING
Anyone renting the center for a private event will be required to conduct covid pre-screening and temperature checks of all their guests at the entrance.

6.
HAND SANITIZER STATIONS
Hand sanitizer stations are located at the entrance and throughout the center. We do however recommend customers to come with their own personal sanitizers.
8.
CLEANING & SANITIZING
The center is sanitized and thoroughly cleaned before and after each event. In addition, the staff is sanitizing and cleaning the center continuously during each event.
10.
CLEANING & SANITIZING
All high touched surfaces (including but not limited to) tables, chairs, doorknobs, faucets, bathrooms, and more have been sanitized and will be disinfected throughout the event.
Our event staff will work with you to create a unique safety plan that is customized for your event, including a;

Customized room layout to match your seating arrangement that provides built in social distancing.

Plan to guide guests in specific directions based on the location they are seeking: restrooms, outside, etc.

Sanitization plan around your event schedule.

Food and bar service planning to limit exposure to guests.
